Brand and operational roles

ShipPrompt is a PGSCO product. White Beam Business SPC coordinates inbound operational enquiries. The legal entity responsible for a resulting engagement will be identified in the written quotation or appointment before services begin.

Public-site enquiries

The enquiry builder prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not upload or store the entered fields on this website. When you create the draft, the fields are passed to your browser, operating system and chosen mail handler; their privacy practices then apply, even before you send the message.

Technical records

Hosting and security providers may process basic request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested path, browser details and security events to deliver and protect the site.

Business correspondence

Information sent by email is used to assess and respond to the requested service, take steps requested before an engagement, maintain necessary business records and meet legal, sanctions, compliance or dispute requirements. These purposes rely on the requested pre-contract steps, legitimate business interests or legal obligations, as applicable.

Recipients and transfers

Information may be handled by authorised personnel and necessary hosting, email, professional, logistics or licensed-provider partners. Cross-border handling may occur for an international shipment; the responsible entity must use the safeguards required for the engagement.

Retention and requests

Correspondence is retained only for the enquiry or business relationship and applicable legal, compliance and dispute periods. You may ask to access, correct or delete information, object to or restrict handling, or raise a privacy concern. Applicable law may provide additional rights and a regulator complaint route.
