SHIPPROMPT · DECISION-SYSTEM FRAMEWORK

Maritime data that explains the decision.

The modules below describe the intended dry-bulk and approved general dry-cargo operating framework. They do not represent a public live-data feed, activated licensed integration or available-vessel list. Future operational functions remain separate from this unrestricted company site.

Decision-system rules

Freshness, confidence and auditability are part of the result.

An estimate is useful only when the user can see the source, the input snapshot, what is missing and which assumption changed the answer.

01

Verified particulars

Vessel identifiers, capacity, draft, dimensions, gear, cargo specification and source are checked before matching.

02

Hard blockers first

Port, cargo, capacity and laycan failures cannot be hidden by a high soft score.

03

No invented inputs

An essential missing input leaves the calculation incomplete; bounded scenarios must be explicit.

04

Versioned calculations

Formula version, immutable input snapshot, presets, rates and timestamps remain attached to every saved result.

ShipPrompt module and data-control framework
ModuleControlled inputsDecision output
Cargo EnquiryCargo, ports, laycan, quantity, handling terms, constraints and commodity specification, including cement, clinker or urea where applicableAn input-completeness result before any search begins
Cargo Specifications & DocumentsDeclared grade or form, physical and handling properties, Safety Data Sheet, Certificate of Analysis, exact standard title and edition, issuer, dates, document identifier, source and verification statusA versioned cargo-document register that exposes missing, expired, conflicting and unverified items without claiming certification
Vessel EstimationVerified IMO/MMSI, particulars, port limits, capacity, laycan and cargo constraintsA candidate list with hard blockers, soft scores, confidence and missing fields visible
Freight EstimationImmutable input snapshot covering distance basis, sea and port days, consumption, bunker price, hire, port costs, commission and capacityA reproducible rate and voyage breakdown, or an incomplete state when an essential input is missing
Vessel Position / AISVerified identifier, provider, position timestamp, received timestamp, freshness state and conflicting-source statusA timestamped position with uncertainty visible—not a claim of availability or control
Ports & PDARestrictions, berth and capacity information, tariffs, working terms, source and verification dateA port-cost estimate with variable assumptions and reconfirmation needs
Bunker DataPort, grade and specification, supplier, quote time, validity, availability, delivery window and documentationComparable timestamped offers without stale or invented prices
History & GovernanceCalculation version, user, approvals, quotas and audit eventsA controlled decision trail for future verified users
Integration status

No licensed AIS, bunker, port-cost or vessel-availability integration is presented as active on this public website. Activation requires a contracted data source, protected credentials, data-use controls and a verified operational release.

Certificate and image governance

A future certificate record may store a user-supplied image only after the document owner, issuer, scope, standard and edition, identifier, issue and expiry dates, publication rights and verification status are confirmed. Display does not make ShipPrompt the issuer, certifier, accreditation body or authenticity guarantor.

Public site and future controls

Open corporate information. Protected operational data.

  1. 01

    Public company website

Every corporate page remains public and unrestricted; no account is needed to review ShipPrompt’s scope or prepare an enquiry.

  2. 02

    Future company review

Saved calculations or licensed operational data may later require manual company verification and an approved use case.

  3. 03

    Future controlled access

Role-based tools, quotas, audit history and provider credentials would remain protected server-side when operational integrations are activated.
