WEBSITE TERMS · UPDATED 05 SEP 2026
Information supports a decision; it does not replace the contract.
These terms cover public website information. A fixture recap, charter party, forwarding instruction, supplier confirmation or issued insurance wording controls the actual service.
Brand and contracting role
ShipPrompt is a PGSCO product and White Beam Business SPC coordinates inbound operational enquiries. Visiting the site, creating an email draft or receiving a reply does not itself create a contract, broker appointment, agency or fiduciary relationship. Any engagement must identify the responsible legal entity, role, address, price, scope, governing law and dispute terms in writing before work begins.
No firm offer
Website content is general information and an invitation to make an enquiry. Vessel availability, freight, port costs, bunker prices, schedules and service capacity require current written confirmation.
Data freshness
Maritime data can be incomplete, delayed or conflicting. Users must consider the displayed source, timestamp, confidence and unresolved assumptions before relying on a result.
Insurance boundary
ShipPrompt may organise client-supplied facts and make a referral to an appropriately licensed provider. It does not provide insurance advice, recommend a policy, negotiate or place cover, collect premium, handle claims, underwrite risk or bind cover. Only the licensed provider and final issued wording determine protection.
Third-party and regulated services
Carriage, customs, inland transport, surveying, agency, fuel supply and insurance may be performed by independent licensed or qualified providers. Their written appointment, terms and regulatory status control their work; a website description is not a guarantee of availability, suitability or appointment.
Compliance and acceptable use
Enquiries remain subject to identity, sanctions, trade-control, cargo, vessel, route and counterparty review. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or copy content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.
Reliance and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, public-site information is provided without a promise that it is complete, current or suitable for a particular transaction. Firm decisions require current written confirmation and the governing service documents. Mandatory legal rights and liabilities cannot be excluded by this notice.
External publications
Links are provided for source transparency. ShipPrompt does not control third-party content and distinguishes cited facts from its own product inference.
Changes and questions
This notice may be updated with a new date when the public site or operating model changes. Questions should be sent before relying on the site or starting an engagement.
